Location: Corfu Town – 1 Vraila Armeni St.

The museum was built from 1962-1965 and has been expanded in 1994 with the addition of two more exhibit halls that display the more recent finds at the ancient citadel of Corfu The contents of the museum’s impressive exhibits originate mainly from excavations of several ancient sites on the island as well as an excavation in Epirus and cover the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman Periods. In the museum you can find Collections and contents: Bronzes, Statues, Pediments, Marbles, Pottery, Funeral Offerings and Minor Artefacts.
